Take a Friend Grocery Shopping

If you have a friend that has mobility  problems take them shopping and help them put away their groceries.  When we are healthy we don't realize what a huge chore this is for people with joint or breathing problems.

Give Just 1 Little Thing for Christmas

We have opened a Cafe Press Shop where you can purchase items with the Just 1 Little Thing  logo on them.  Remind people that doing Just 1 Little Thing every day is a way to improve their lives.

Plant a Tree

Trees are beautiful to look at, give shade on a sunny day, shelter on a rainy day and a backrest when you want to sit down.  Planting and nurturing a tree now will give joy to generations.
